How far can you push your climber?

Climb the mountain is a free game in which the goal is to scale the heights of a mountain. Along the way, you will encounter objects that help you. However, you will also run the risk of becoming exhausted and falling right back to the bottom.

The game has a simple cartoon aesthetic reminiscent of Shape-shifting, while the simple gameplay is similar to Jumping Hero. With mechanics simply based on pressing the screen, it is a useful app for anyone hoping for a straightforward time-killer.

Remember to take breaks

Climb the mountain puts you in control of a "stickman" character who must climb a mountain. To make him climb, all you need is to press the screen. Over time, he will become sweaty and turn red with exhaustion. When this happens, you'll need to take a break — or he'll plummet, leaving only a red stain on the ground.

Find coins, skins, and more

As you climb, you will earn a constant stream of virtual cash that can be spent on upgrades. You can expect to run into the occasional treasure chest containing a new accessory for your character. There's also a boot that will give you a kick further up the mountain, which can save you time on climbing.

Grab a water bottle

From the second level, the player will have an additional feature: a water bottle. The bottle is gradually filled up as you climb. Once you have made 100 steps, it will be full enough to cure your character's exhaustion. You'll then have to make another 100 steps to refill it.

Simple and easy

Despite the minor cartoon violence of the red splat that appears if you lose, Climb the mountain is appropriate for all ages. It's a very easy game, and the only challenge is remembering to take breaks to avoid falling.
